We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Specialist to actively seek out and engage with customer prospects within the software product engineering teams in North America. Responsibilities Meet customer acquisition and retention targets (as projected) for we45’s application security professional services and training engagements
  • Develop an acute understanding of the intricacies in we45’s solution offerings and delivery (project execution) models, thereby ideating reachout campaigns to prospect customers
  • Liaise with internal content and digital marketing peers in creating mailer drafts for targeted and researched buyer personas
  • Maintain (and increase) prospect-to-customer conversion throughput through efficient sales operational processes
  • Consistently ideate cost-benefit solution models for customer engagements maintaining a balance between tactical and strategic sales objectives
  • Develop an understanding of we45’s target geographies and market segments through research reports, studies and historical customer acquisition patterns
  • Build and maintain professional networks within software product engineering and cyber security groups
  • Increase sales effectiveness through coordinated efforts between marketing and project delivery teams.This includes building sales “battle cards” and other such collaterals that would aid in a prospect’s project acquisition journey.
  • Accurately track progress of sales opportunities by logging updated conversations on we45’s CRM. Also maintain sales tracker and log sheets for billing, invoices and payments
  • Develop an appropriate level of understanding of the concepts involved in the application security domain to hold interesting and captivating conversations with target buyers and prospects
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Having a Master’s Degree in Marketing or Sales would be a definitive added advantage
  • A minimum of 5 and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience within the Sales function in the Software Technology Services industry. Added points for experience in the Cyber Security, Application Security or DevOps industry
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in consistently meeting agreed upon sales targets
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively plan slated activities and set achievable and realistic goals and timelines
  • Be able to build professional comradery amongst peers within the organization
  • An impeccable, professional level proficiency in the English language with the ability to create and deliver presentations to customers and internal groups
  • Hands on, working level proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hubspot
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
